Please respect other’s relaxation and keep a low tone of voice at all times.
Please turn your cell phones to vibrate. No refunds will be given on purchases of services, products, or gift certificates. Services purchased are exchangeable for other spa services. Spa service fees do not include gratuity. Tipping is allowed at your discretion.Cancellation Policy
24-hour notice is required for any cancellation.
48-hour notice is required for cancellation of two or more services.
Appointments must be reserved with a gift certificate or credit card number.
If requested notice is not received for cancellation, 50% of services scheduled will be charged or deducted from gift certificate; 100% for no-shows.
