Spa Policies

  • You should arrive prior to your appointment time to ensure your service begins on time. Late arrivals will be offered a modified service based on time remaining.
  • All appointments must be reserved with a credit card or gift certificate and must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice in order to avoid being charged.
  • Please respect other’s relaxation and keep a low tone of voice at all times. Please turn your cell phones to vibrate.
  • No refunds will be given on purchases of services, products, or gift certificates.
  • Gift certificates and account credits expire one year from purchase date. Gift certificates must be presented at time of visit.
  • Services purchased are exchangeable for other spa services. Spa service fees do not include gratuity.
  • Tipping is allowed at your discretion.
